We are looking for a highly motivated Systems & Applications Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications, administering cloud and on-premise environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and working directly with clients to deliver technology solutions. The role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects including ERP implementations, eTIMS integrations, cloud deployments, network infrastructure projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and custom software solutions.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain business applications and enterprise systems

Deploy and configure cloud-based and on-premise solutions

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues

Provide technical support to internal teams and clients

Participate in ERP, CRM, and eTIMS integration projects

Assist with server administration and virtualization platforms

Support Microsoft 365 and cloud productivity environments

Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities

Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports

Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams

Assist in cybersecurity and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience in systems administration or application support

Experience supporting Windows Server environments

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud

Knowledge of databases including SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent are an added advantage

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
